I. Operations and Procedures

A. Orientation & Application Processing

All New Citizens joining the Tribal Nation has set to an appointment for orientation in. person or virtually. After orientation if member still wants to join the tribe the member will be provided an application. Tribal Citizenship applications are pre-approved and processed same-day upon receipt. Approved applications are submitted directly to the Shaktxiuma Wangunk Nation National Tribal Registrar for enrollment in the systems.

B. Collaboration with Tribal Authorities

The Shaktxiuma Wangunk Nation Tribal Administration operates in close collaboration with Tribal Leaders and Tribal Councils. This ensures the authenticity, accuracy, and cultural integrity of all Tribal registrations and enrollment activities.

C. Data Privacy and Security

We are firmly committed to data privacy, information protection, and secure identity management. Personal data of all tribal members is handled under strict protocols and protected through secure digital infrastructure, in accordance with tribal and international standards.


II. Membership Requirements and Qualifications

A. Membership Qualifications

To be eligible for membership in the Shaktxiuma Wangunk Nation, applicants must meet one or more of the following:

  1. American Indian Ancestry:

    • Documented on ancestry on Dawes Rolls, Freeman Rolls, Baker Rolls or other recognized federal or tribal member rolls.

  2. Shaktxiuma Wangunk Nation Lineage:

    • Lineal or collateral descent from individuals listed on:

      • The Shaktxiuma Wangunk Nation ELIVE Registry

      • Constituent Tribes (“Tribal States”-“National Clans”) of the Nation of the Nation

  3. Adoption & Marriage Into the Tribal Nation:

    • Formal adoption by a tribal family, clan, marriage state, or marriage to member of the tribal nation

    • Approval by the Tribal Council or National Minko on a case-by-case basis including by Declaration of Standing and or Nationality, other documents introducing new citizens, and or through adopted laws concerning future citizens not connected by and within tribal nation bloodlines. 

  4. Descendants and Relatives:

    • Bloodline descendants or verified relatives of enrolled tribal citizens

D. Tribal Vehicle Registration & License Plates

Registration  Fee: $275 One time 3 Vehicles include one Tribal License Plate

The Shaktxiuma Wangunk Nation offers full Tribal Vehicle Registration Services for tribal citizens through the Tribal DMV.

All tribal citizens, family trusts, and tribes, within the Shaktxiuma Wangunk Nation are beneficiaries of the tribal nation including the nations tail estate and tribal trust.
