I. Operations and Procedures
A. Orientation & Application Processing
All new applicants seeking Tribal Citizenship within the Shaktxiuma Wangunk (Nation-Tribe) shall be required to attend a scheduled orientation, conducted either in person or through an approved virtual platform.
Upon completion of orientation, any applicant who elects to proceed shall be issued an official Tribal Citizenship Application.
All applications shall be subject to preliminary review and may be pre-approved for same-day processing upon receipt, provided all required documentation is notarized, complete and verified.
Approved applications will be transmitted directly to the Nation Registrar of the Shaktxiuma Wangunk (Nation-Tribe) for official enrollment, registration, and entry into the national registry systems.
B. Collaboration with Tribal Authorities
The Shaktxiuma Wangunk Tribal Administration operates in close collaboration with Tribal Leaders and Tribal Councils. This ensures the authenticity, accuracy, and cultural integrity of all administration & enrollment activities.
C. Data Privacy and Security
We are firmly committed to data privacy, information protection, and secure identity management. Personal data of all tribal members is handled under strict protocols and protected through secure digital infrastructure, in accordance with tribal and international standards.
II. Membership Requirements and Qualifications
A. Membership Qualifications
To be eligible for membership in the Shaktxiuma Wangunk (Nation-Tribe), applicants must meet one or more of the following:
American Indian Ancestry:
Documented on ancestry on Dawes Rolls, Freeman Rolls, Baker Rolls or other recognized federal or tribal member rolls.
Shaktxiuma Wangunk Nation Lineage:
Lineal or collateral descent from individuals listed on:
The Shaktxiuma Wangunk Rolls & or Nation Registry
Constituent Tribes (“Tribal States”-“National Clans”) rolls of the Shaktxiuma Wangunk (Nation)
Adoption & Marriage Into the Tribal Nation:
Formal adoption by a tribal family, clan, marriage state, or marriage to member of the tribal nation
Approval by the Tribal Nation Council or National Minko on a case-by-case basis including by Declaration of Standing and or Nationality, other documents introducing new citizens, and or through adopted laws concerning future citizens not connected by and within tribal nation bloodlines.
Descendants and Relatives:
Bloodline descendants or verified relatives of enrolled tribal citizens
B. Tribal Enrollment Process
One-Time Administration Fee: $360 for families and 175$ for individuals., includes:
One Shaktxiuma Wangunk National Tribal Identification Card
Include Family Tribal Trust (with Tax Exempt Number)
Official Protection of Tribal Jurisdiction
Tribal Jurisdiction Protections
Access to Tribal Villages - Land License - Real Property License
Eligibility for Voting, Participate in governance, Employment, Tribal Programs, Community Living, Nation Services, Education, Communal Benefits, plus more
Payment Plan Option:
$50-100 Down with option to pay the rest in payments & through community service.
Immediate access to tribal rights and services and receive tribal ID early as the same day. Also rest can be paid through acts of Community Service.
C. SWN National ID
Initial SWN National ID is included free this do not refer to the tribal state IDs of the Nation
The SWN National Tribal ID gives you protection under customary international law, & Treaty Law.
Testing Requirements:
New Drivers: Must complete both road and written exams
Existing Licensed Drivers: Required to complete a tribal written test in the presence of an authorized official
Issuance Timeline:
Submit application, Get photo taken, SIgn your signature
ID/IDL & Permits are mailed within 3 business days also available for pick up same day or delivery same day.
Reprints:
Available same-day upon request and payment
No re-submission of documents. Just documented request and payment.
D. Tribal Vehicle Registration & License Plates
Registration Fee: $275 One time 3 Vehicles include one Tribal License Plate
Additional Plates: $75
Tribal License Plates:
The Shaktxiuma Wangunk Nation offers full Tribal Vehicle Registration Services for tribal citizens through the Tribal DMV.

VIN Verification & Inspection by Tribal Officials
Dual Registration Option:
Citizens may register their vehicles with both the Shaktxiuma Wangunk Nation and a U.S. State DMV Using their Tribal Drivers License.
Legal operation in both tribal and state territories
Process:
Submit valid tribal ID
Provide vehicle documentation
Complete tribal application form and pay registration fee
Plate and certificate issued same day or within 3–10 business days
All tribal citizens, family trusts, and tribes, within the Shaktxiuma Wangunk Nation are beneficiaries of the tribal nation including the nations tail estate and tribal trust.
